Thank you for the opportunity to serve as your President of the GFWC South Lake Junior Woman’s Club. It is an honor and privilege to have the trust of my fellow sisters to lead this outstanding organization.  I will do my best to discharge the duties of this position to the best of my abilities and lead our clubwomen in the efforts to enhance the lives of others through community service. I am blessed to be a part of such a great group of women who continue to give their time and support to our community pushing for its growth.

 

The focus for the 2023-2024 administration continues to be community service.

 

I hope you are as excited as I am to be a part of an amazing tree of women whose roots keep growing and adding branches and  I hope you will “Spread your wings” to support our projects, encourage participation and  encourage random acts of kindness, and support our local community.  Remember, not only are we here for the community, yet for each other as well.  We are “sisters” and should lean on each other just as that.  Laughing together, working together, supporting each other, encouraging each other, crying together, sharing together and best of all, watching lives change together.  My goal continues to be getting us to be more than just a whisper upon the lips; the community needs to know and feel the love and support we have for them and for each other.
